Just to let everyone know that I am back from my holiday and the class is continuing to run as usual each Thursday. It was great to see all of you who could attend the class last Thursday, and I look forward to seeing more of you soon!
Please note that there will be no class on Thursday 16th February as there is an event on and the room is required. However, the class on the 9th and 23rd February will take place as normal.

Welcome and thanks for visiting Space to Grow! I hope you enjoy your visit, and learn much about Yoga and yourself.
Space to Grow has been created by a yoga teacher for fellow teachers, yoga students, and people interested in the practice of yoga and its philosophy.
I teach a weekly yoga class in Stoke-on-Trent, provide teaching cover for local yoga teachers unable to hold their classes, and travel within the locality to teach additional yoga and meditation classes upon request.
