Classes are currently running as usual: every Thursday evening (7:15 - 8:45 pm) at Penkhull Village Hall.  Hope to see you there!

Please note that whilst I will endeavour to continue teaching the class on Thursday nights, one of my family members is currently very unwell, and I my have to seek temporary cover for my classes at short notice.


For the meantime, however, I will continue to be at Penkhull Village Hall on Thursday nights to take the class as normal unless you hear otherwise.  Please watch this space for further updates.

I will be on holiday this week (9th June) but my class (at Penkhull Village Hall) will continue to be covered by my good friend and fellow yoga teacher, Sue Peck.


If you haven’t met Sue before do make the effort and continue to attend as she is an excellent teacher, sharing a very similar style to my teachings.


I will be back to teach my class on Thursday 16th June as usual.

A transparent Greens Gym plastic water bottle with a red screw-on lid was left behind at the yoga class last night.  I have the water bottle with me, so if you are its rightful owner just let me know.
